Traditionally, user experience design forges human-computer interaction. Issues are arising in the complexity of online communication based platforms in the disregard of varieties in age groups and prior technological accessibilities. These individually unique factors directly correlate to digital literacy, or lack thereof. User experience design that caters to social interaction should be considerate of user intuition and diverse levels of digital literacy by way of adaptive user interface to produce a scalable and modular environment.
